Thanks, Mary. I have a near constant headache now, and the ENT was no help except for giving me yet more doctors I should see. It’s rather exhausting, but I’m learning to cope with it better.
Have you ever been to a NUCCA chiropractor? These doctors only tap a spot on your neck. I thought it was crazy but went after decades of constant head and neck pain. After the first session, I had a horrendous headache but rapidly saw improvement. I rarely have headaches anymore. You might want to look into this, Stephanie.
Thanks for this, Mary. I’ve always been a bit afraid of seeing a chiropractor, but I’ll look into this more since it’s been so helpful for you. I was also afraid of using a neti pot, but have been doing that lately as well. 🙂
Be sure the chiropractor you see is a NUCCA chiropractor, Stephanie. Also, there are nasal sprays, like Arm and Hammer’s, that are easier to use than the neti pot.
I’ve been using a prescription nasal spray, but it doesn’t seem to help. Thanks for the clarification of the chiropractor. I don’t know a lot about them.
