Poem–Shaded Bench

Shaded Bench

My Dear Friend—yes, I am talking to you—
I warmly invite you to join me
on this shaded bench in the cool breeze.
Let’s rest, refresh, and heal together.

Inhale deeply. Take in a full breath.
Enjoy our planet’s clean energy.
Slowly exhale all anxiety
and the weight of stress that you carry.

Open your eyes to the greenery.
Notice, blue sky and fragrant blossoms.
Absorb the strength of surrounding trees,
and ground your bare feet to Mother Earth.                 

Now, let’s lean into one another.
Acknowledge the support we offer each other.
Inhale the shared love that warms our hearts,
and finally, exhale with a smile.

        It has been hard having peace moments while seen what is hapening all around the world, particularly at the peripherical countries where we observe lot of homo non-sapiens action. Too sad.

            I think i’ve been fighting using just words and some videos at the big-techs plattaforms as these here. I’m trying to show to the people here in Brazil how are important choose progressists politics and parties to get some chances, as we reações parcially electing Luiz Inácio LULA da Silva for a third time.
            But it’s not enough but efemerous.
            I’ll keep trying.
            Receive the universal blesses.
