Thank you to Gabriella Milton at Literary Revelations for publishing my poem, Take Me. I rarely submit to publications other than my book publisher or post here on my blog, so it is fun for me to have another publisher post my writing in their journal.

Nice! What publisher do you work with for your books?
A Chicago publisher, ACTA Publications. They used to publish predominately Catholic books, which is how I started. They are open to more genres at this time, however, most publishers contribute toward publication expenses and receive higher royalties.

Mary, I have had a long time a technical problems here. My subscriptions unsubscribes by itself and some ones I cannot subscribe at all. I noticed that my subscription to you was also unsubscribed. I subbed again. Well well!
I’m sorry for all the difficulties, Jean. WordPress doesn’t always make things easy for us. According to some of the posts I’ve seen, the planets can disrupt technology right now. Perhaps there is something to this.
Well, the scientific knowledge about astronomy I have, the sun is very active now and when the CME (coronal mass ejection) occurs it can even break satellites etc.. I have here a few big astronomical telescopes, I studied astronomy when I was younger😊 I named my cats with the stars’ names. Deneb, Sirius, Altair.. 2 others had the other names. I have only Sirius anymore. I love cats😸 I think this just some bug and it will be repaired. Smile on🌺
I’d like to learn more about astronomy. It is one of my son’s favorite topics, and he sends me articles on it. We used to have a cat, Tinkerbell (that’s what happens when the kids name the pet. Although, I like Tinkerbell and think I fly just like her.) I had reactions to my last boyfriend’s cats. In retrospect, I think the reactions were to him.
Tinkerbell is cute and a good name for a pet. Oh but they all got your attention, right? I like to observe the sky, stars, galaxies, nebulas etc.. they are so beautiful, of course all the planets and the moon are too. I like clouds too, when I was younger I studied the meteorology too. From now few years on there will be a beautiful northern lights so every night is possible to see the beauty of the night ☺️
I would love to see that. City lights are too bright to see much here. You are in prime location for star-gazing.
The atmosphere is not good here for star-gazing because the sea and this place is between the arctic and temperate zone. But every now and then I can see here very clearly also the faraway objects.
I will be back up in Upper Peninsula of Michigan next week, so perhaps, I can see them there.
Northern lights are very “capricious” they come and go but there is a good chance to see them. I hope you see they’re so beautiful.
It would be so exciting to see the lights. I will let you know if I’m gifted with that opportunity.

I’m learning from you. I have been to Portugal three times and know some basic Portuguese. I also know some Spanish, which can be confusing as there are many differences between the two languages. I find I can read more Italian because of the Spanish. All the best to you.
