Zip-It!

Do you begin your day washing your face over a sink full of dirty water with soap scum and hair floating beneath you? If so, I can help you open that drain in less than a minute.

I come from a family of plumbers. My brother-in-law, uncles, and cousins are in the trade. But I have one product that easily opens a drain without the help of the family.

“Zip-It” is an inexpensive long piece of plastic that looks like fish bones. I bought mine at Home Depot for under $3. Simply slide it down the drain and pull up. You will be amazed at the amount of gunk it retrieves and how much better the water will go down your drain.

I clean the Zip-It! and reuse. If that grosses you out just toss it as the package recommends.

    $3 = £1.89

In the UK this item sells for £4.99 = $7.92

Somewhat expensive to use only once. But cheaper than a plumber. Call out charge is £25 at least = $39.67 before any work starts.

Wow! That is a big difference in price. Thank you for commenting.

I have never used these Mary. At least these days, any hair I find inn the drain is not likely to be mine. Happy Thursday. Allan

LOL. Whose ever hair it is, slows the flow of water.
